We were getting the runaround from our previous insurance agent about a needed expansion of coverage. They kept answering our questions like Hal from 2001: “I’m sorry, we can’t do that.” Not a good look. So I reached out to Mike Bancroft at Cheeseman and every answer or query met with a “we can do that” or a “give me a minute to find out.” Mike and Cheeseman are super responsive and helpful, and very thorough and honest in seeking out the best and most affordable options for small businesses. They take the time to understand our needs and to help us get things done quickly and right. There are not many independent, non-conglomerate insurance companies left in Vermont, and Cheeseman is definitely the best.

First class service, quick answers, annual reviews of my policy for better company coverage if available and great advice. Have no intention of changed companies given my expertwirh Cheeseman.

It is so important to have a local insurance “guy”! We recently had an injury on the job. Our agent was on it – by the next morning, appropriate forms were submitted and managed by the agent. It bring both the injured employee and the business owner much peace to know that help is really on the way. We appreciate the dedication of the staff!
